Breathing Metrics Course

How functional is your breathing? Where should you start in your breathwork training? Dive into the intricacies of your biochemistry, biomechanics, and cadence as we measure key aspects of your respiratory function with a series of simple exercises. We will take your BOLT Score, CO2 Tolerance Test, Maximum Breathlessness Test, Breath Per Minute rate and Rib Excursion measurement. These baselines tell you where you can safely begin your breathwork journey and allow you to track your progress. Great for training with me or on your own!

Session 2: 60-Minute Sleep Better Session on sleep hygiene, tips and tools to optimize your rest.

Session 3: 60-Minute Move Better Session on maximizing breath efficiency during movement. Incorporate functional breathing into your own established fitness routine and learn how not to be a body terrorist.

Session 4: 60-Minute Session of Your Choice. Choose between Anxiety/Stress Relief, Atomic Focus or Optimal Performance with IHHT for a customized experience.
